New Patient Info

You’re in great hands! We always like to welcome new patients and make them feel comfortable in our office. Please take a couple of minutes to review some important information about your first appointment.

What to bring and what to expect

To help us complete your patient intake, please bring your family doctor’s information, your medical history and list of prescriptions, and your dental insurance information.

At your first appointment, we’ll review your dental and medical history, and then Dr. Harper will conduct a dental examination. The exam may include X-rays if needed. After the examination, we’ll discuss your dental health along with any concerns you may have, and develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your ideal oral health.

Financial policy

Payment is due at the time of treatment. If you need assistance with paying for your treatment please speak to our front desk team about payment plans.

Insurance

We offer direct billing to most insurance providers for your convenience. You are responsible for the cost of your treatment, including any amounts not covered by insurance.
